Microsoft 365 moves
Find the companies that just moved their mail to the cloud.
A mail migration is the loudest buying signal in IT services. Contracts reopen, backup, security and support are reviewed, and the old partner is on thin ice. The change is visible in public DNS before anyone announces it.
What the signal is
The MX records of a domain say where its mail is delivered. When they change from a company's own server or a local hoster to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the company has moved its mail.
racon reads those records for 160+ million domains and keeps the history, so it knows what the company used before and on which day it changed.
A change in the last weeks means the project is fresh: licences are bought, a partner may already be chosen, and the questions after the move (security, backup, devices, support) are still open.

Questions
How does racon know a company moved its mail?
From public DNS records. The MX records show where mail is delivered, and racon compares them over time. Nothing inside the company is read.
How quickly do I see a change?
Most domains are read twice a month, so a move normally shows within about two weeks, often sooner for the companies on your own list.
Can I see which provider they used before?
Yes. racon keeps the earlier value and shows it next to the new one, with the date.
Does this work for small companies?
Yes, anything with a domain. The signal is strongest for small and mid-sized companies, because they decide fast and often have no in-house IT.
